We utilize 3 evidence-based therapeutic techniques to accomplish this based on what is best for you without retraumatizing.
    • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
    • Psychotherapy (or more commonly known as talk therapy)
    • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

    TF- CBT is an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to help children and adolescents heal after trauma. It can improve many cognitive, emotional, and behavioral problems, as well as decrease the parental stress related to the trauma and teach effective skills to help the child or adolescent.

    EMDR is an evidence based therapy that is being used to help resolve symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and many other symptoms of trauma. Whether its devastating and complex trauma or just disturbing enough to cause problems for you EMDR has been proven effective with many different memories and dreams and therefore relives symptoms of trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and many more.
